After a bit of debate, they both agree that the most important aspects are having people in place who can and will tell you the truth plus being ready to put that advice into action and not wait for the issue to (hopefully) go away. Make sure someone on your team is willing to “tell the emperor he has no clothes” along with the great advice “don’t bring me problems, bring me solutions”.
