On Nov. 11th, 2011 The Golding Group went from an idea to reality. As we complete our 11th year in business, we want to say “Thank You” to the people who have hired, recommended, collaborated with and encouraged us along the way.
Our business model is helping people run their businesses better, start something new or raise money and awareness for community causes. We do this by trying to be a partner, not focused on billable hours or sales commissions. Our job is to create value for our clients, helping them build successful organizations. That victory will help create the next opportunity for us. A real win-win scenario.
In our 12th year of business, we plan to continue providing organizational effectiveness and efficiency while adapting to how things get done in 2023 and beyond. This includes building, improving and scaling businesses from the inside out with a focus on “connecting the dots” through strategic planning, business process management and internal/external communication.
